We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lady Operation Manager to join our team at Icon Auto Garage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our garage, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the garage, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive industry management or related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of garage operations, including vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and garage management software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
